  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Send appointment reminders to your clients on your behalf
  • Send aftercare and follow-up emails to your clients
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you service-related communications
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests

4. Google Calendar Data

We request access to your Google Calendar with limited scope. Specifically:

  • We only read calendar events to identify appointments
  • We do not modify, delete, or create events in your calendar
  • We filter out personal events and only process tattoo-related appointments
  • Calendar data is used solely to trigger reminder emails
  • You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your dashboard settings

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for data storage. These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
